Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RouteToWall ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a product you accept them.

1. Who we are

RouteToWall is a digital studio that turns GPS routes into vector posters. The operator and contact details are listed on our Imprint page.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, breach the law, or attempt to scrape, overwhelm, or reverse-engineer the platform.

3. Your content and rights

You keep all rights to the routes, images and titles you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, render, and display them strictly to deliver the service (poster generation, preview, account dashboard, and — only if you publish — public sharing pages).

You must only upload routes that you have a right to use. Do not upload other people's private GPS data without their consent.

4. Purchases

• HD digital posters are one-time digital goods. Once the HD file has been delivered you waive your right of withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83).
• Print orders are fulfilled by a third-party print partner. Their delivery, returns and refund terms apply on top of these Terms.
• Prices are shown including applicable VAT where required.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RouteToWall to:

• impersonate someone or upload someone else's private GPS data;
• produce content that is illegal, hateful, infringes IP, or violates third-party rights;
• attempt to break security, rate limits, or to scrape the service.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Consumer mandatory protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
